Website Ticket sales
You will need to have access to a printer to print your online tickets off and present them to the driver or alternatively present a confirmation email. This can be shown electronically by using either a mobile phone or a tablet. Customers who do not have printed tickets or who are unable to present a valid confirmation email will not be able to travel on the bus.
Refund and Cancellation Policies
Cancelling a confirmed and paid booking more than 24 hours prior to your pickup booking scheduled time, will result in a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total booking price.
Cancelling a confirmed and paid booking less than 24 hours prior to your pickup booking scheduled time, will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking price.
Cancelling within 6 hours of the scheduled time or not showing up for the booking at all will result in a fee equal to 100% of the total booking price.
Transfers are to and from airport, hotels and your destination, which is specified and confirmed in your booking only. Schedule date changes are permitted. All requests for amendments must be directed to Chantina Pty Ltd (Chantina) who will implement the request.
Conditions of Travel:
Chantina will not be liable for any costs or delays incurred due to circumstances beyond our control. All luggage, including carry on baggage and personal items, is the sole responsibility of the passenger. Chantina accepts no responsibility and shall not be liable for theft, loss or damage to any passenger baggage and personal items, whilst in a Chantina vehicle.
Pickup time might vary depending on traffic conditions
Please read following carefully before you make a booking.
Luggage. Please note, due to space limitations, each passenger is allowed one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage, if more room required please contact us via phone +610407242616 before making a booking.
For the convenience of other passengers please be ready 10 minutes prior to departure. If passengers are not ready for pickup at their allocated time they will need to rebook the next available service if seating capacity is available.
Hotel pick ups are available from 04:00 to 19:00.
Pickups from the Sydney Domestic airport between 07:00 and 19:00.
Pickups from the International airport are between 06:30 to 19:00.
Passengers must call us 24 hours prior to departure to confirm a pick up time for transfers from a hotel to airport.
Please allow traveling time of 1 hour to the airport from the hotel.
Domestic passengers should allow 2 hours prior to their flight departure time when booking, International passengers 3 hours prior to their departure time.
Pick up areas. Please note that you must be in the allocated pick up areas at the agreed time as per your booking. Please refer to the pick up areas page for the domestic and international allocated pick up areas. Should a passenger(s) experience any difficulty in locating the pick up points they must contact Chantina. In the event that a passenger(s) is not at the correct pick up point at the allocated time and Chantina has not been contacted and/or notified, the Chantina vehicle will not wait to exceed the stipulated time so as to meet other appointments accordingly.
